We have called this product after the most Bohemian square in Buenos Aires to celebrate its origins. With Sant’Elmo, Montebianco breaks the classic mould, presenting a true Dulce de Leche among its references: an original product, not a paste, designed to be used as an essential ingredient for making ice-cream and pastries. TIPS: By combining 2 parts Dulce de Leche and one part Fresh Cream, you obtain a delicious cream to be topped with sauce but also to use in pastry products.
