CIOCCOLOTTA BIANCA (white chocolate)

White chocolate topping with an extremely creamy, almost velvety texture. Ideal for rippling and for creating cremini and fillings. The Cremolotte by Montebianco are versatile creams that can be savoured plain, or are excellent when poured directly into the tub to create rippled or cremino style products. Alternatively, by adding milk, they can be whipped to create an even more delicious ice-cream with a unique taste. An excellent solution in pastry-making too for filling cakes, semifreddo desserts and dessert cups. All the products in this line are FREE FROM HYDROGENATED FATS.
