The Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie is the most important global event in this field, an incredible kermesse in which the entire planet is involved: 50 countries, more than 2000 high-level maitre patissier, 2 years of selections in 4 continents and a very prestigious final round, which takes place in Lyon in Sirha, the global rendezvous of the food service and hotel industry, whose editions are visited by almost 200 thousand qualified visitors.

The élite of partners of the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie has now a new protagonist: Montebianco.
This is the first time that an Italian firm has been chosen to represent the excellence in the production of ice-cream ingredients: 5 products made by Montebianco will be used by the participants during the contest for the final victory.

The 2017 edition of Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie took place in Lyon, from the 21st to the 25th of January 2017. Montebianco, as Partner of the event, welcomed, in his welcoming area in the Espace des Chefs, hundreds of visitors that were given the possibility to personally attend an event that catalyzes the entire world attention.

On this particular occasion, Montebianco gave to a selection of Italian and foreign customers the possibility to personally witness this great event, not only in Sirha, but also through some exclusive moments outside the exhibition.
